Paris Las Vegas expands popular Beer Park by Budweiser
The beer garden is a classic concept that people love. It seems, they love it so much Paris Las Vegas will be expanding their highly touted Beer Park. This rooftop bar and grill has become a hangout for tourists and locals alike, and the management is betting there is room for growth. They have opened a 10,000-square-foot expansion which more than doubles their original garden area.
People enjoy the fun atmosphere, the views, and the outside. Comfortable seating, plenty of TVs, arcade and table games all help create a space where people can enjoy themselves in a relaxed setting. It feels a bit more real than the rest of the Strip, but is right in the heart of the action. The original 9,000-square-foot garden was getting cramped, with the garage door openings to the patio always busy with traffic. Those problems should be gone, with room for bigger parties and events.
“Beer Park is like a playground for grownups. This expansion adds more of that appeal,” general manager Jason Ellefson said.
But the garden is only part of the recipe for success. Beer Park is all about the beer, with more than 100 varieties available, including 36 on draft. And that needs some delicious foods as an excuse to drink. Their pub food is some of the best, featuring many fan-favorites prepared on an outdoor, custom-made Budweiser beechwood smoker and grill. It’s a bit like a backyard BBQ with friends.
Like with other options opening and developing on the Strip, guests can play Skee-Ball, Pop-A-Shot, Jenga, Connect Four, darts, billiards, Foosball and karaoke. It is more than a sports bar, with a bit of everything to make your visit all the better. The Paris Las Vegas is currently owned by Caesars Entertainment Group.
