Las Vegas Stadium construction ahead of schedule

Workforce goals for the Las Vegas Stadium are ahead of schedule, according to their board of directors and community oversight.

Largescale projects are prone to delays and setback, but the early phases of the Stadium have gone off without a hitch. It is projected they will meet their deadlines, which has caused investors to renew interest in surrounding projects.

Currently, vacant properties and parcels near the location of the new stadium are being sold, with offers tendered by some of the largest developers. Rumors of big development projects have the whole city interested.

But it remains to be seen if this good news can last. Steel shipments integral to construction have been postponed, and it is believed some onsite managers are looking to other sources for the necessary materials. It is not known if this will impact construction, but is something to consider when planning new projects.
